Remnants Of Harvey And Watching 92L Closely.
As of August 22 remnants of Harvey has a 90% Of development over the next 5 days.

92L likely to go out to sea
As you may notice above the NHC (National Hurricane Center) Has put a 40% Medium chance for 92L to develop. This storm is however not organizing. But as it interacts with a front and very warm waters it has a chance to develop, we can agree that this storm will safely go out to sea because a ridge is over the northeast blocking any storm to ride up, but watching some EPS members closely, as some try to make a run for the northeastern US.

These plots are unlikely unless ridge moves west allowing a run up the coast.
